Caption: Who's The Maid Now?

Victoria was born with a silver spoon in her mouth.  An heiress to the $400 million fortune that her aristocratic parents left her, she never had to work and was surrounded day and night by people willing to do anything she wanted. Life was good.  But it also lacked excitement for the 20-year old beauty, who saw her pampered existence as extremely boring. Now,  if only she could experience a different life, where everyone wouldn't just see her as a spoiled rich girl with nothing to show for herself other than her millions...

So the plan started to form in her head - wouldn't it be just perfect if she could briefly switch lives with her maid Julia? She would get to experience a very different life, while Julia will be handsomely rewarded for playing the role of her mistress. The more she thought about it, the more the idea excited her. It didn't take long to convince Julia and so their masquerade began.

Victoria invested a small fortune into designer dresses and shoes, the most expensive perfume and make-up for "Lady Julia", as well as paid for her trips to the city's most exclusive beauty salons. Her former maid now looked like the rich lady that she was impersonating. Victoria even paid for several lessons from a renowned speech therapist to make sure that her creation not only looked and smelled, but also sounded like a refined mistress of the house.

While Lady Julia was swiftly climbing the social ladder, Victoria was going down. She started wearing a maid's uniform, deliberately adopted a coarse, uneducated manner of speech and was busy cleaning the apartment while her mistress was busy socializing with the rich and the famous. And with each passing day she was thinking more and more of Julia as her superior, as someone entitled to give her orders. Feeling that, Julia started to act more dominant, playing the role of the strict mistress to the full...
-- Girl,  don't expect me before 3 a.m. You can go to bed after you're done with putting my new dresses away. And don't you fold them like last time, understand?
-- Yes, miss, I'm sorry miss.
-- I'll wake you if I need help undressing.
-- Yes, miss. Have  a great night out.

    1. Thank you, not a lot of people would understand such a fantasy. But, as this blog's readership suggests, it is far more common that one would think.

  3. I like it when the new maid _could_ undo the reversal, but instead chooses to continue her own degradation. Perhaps Julia might choose to discipline Victoria a bit as well, a touch of the paddle can really motivate a maid...

    1. Yes, I also find such stories much more powerful compared to the ones where the character has no choice. A gentle or not so gentle push in the right direction won't hurt, but I tend to lose interest fairly quickly whenever mind control or other plot devices of writers that can't come up with a realistic plot are being used.

  4. Another thing I like is when the willing victim is frustrated at the same time that she revels in her fallen state. Imagine Victoria making the bed for Julia, remembering sleeping in that silken haven, but now only allowed in her own bedroom to clean it. Or watching in envy as Julia drives what used to be her car, while she drives a used clunker.

She _could_ undo it. She _could_ end the game...but even as she jealousy envies Julia and dreads the sting of the paddle on her bare fanny for poor service, or just because Julia wants to swat her fanny, at the same time her fantasy is so satisfying and the humiliation is so fulfilling...
